Loyalty Card Term & Condition

1. STAMP EARNING

• Earn 1 stamp per visit when spending $50 or more

• Maximum 1 stamp per person per visit

• Stamps apply to full-price services only

 

2. COUPLE MASSAGE

• Couple bookings receive 1 stamp total

• If each person pays separately at the standard individual price, each person will receive 1 stamp

 

3. EXCLUSIONS

• Loyalty stamps are not valid on:

  • Promotional or discounted services

  • Packages

  • Gift voucher purchases or redemptions

 

4. REDEEMING REWARDS​

• Only one reward per visit

• Reward cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts

 

5. CASH DISCOUNT POLICY

• Choose one only:

  • $5 cash discount

  • OR loyalty reward

  • Cannot be used together

 

6. CARD SHARING & USAGE

• Loyalty cards may be shared between the same household (eg. couples)

• Only one stamp per customer per visit

• Multiple stamps from group payments cannot be added to a single card

 

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Please present your loyalty card at the time of payment. Stamps cannot be added later

• No backdating of stamps

• Lost cards cannot be replaced

• Loyalty card cannot be exchanged for cash

• No cash change will be given

• No expiry date
