1. STAMP EARNING

Earn 1 stamp per visit when spending $50 or more

Maximum 1 stamp per person per visit

Stamps apply to full-price services only
2. COUPLE MASSAGE

Couple bookings receive 1 stamp total

If each person pays separately at the standard individual price, each person will receive 1 stamp
3. EXCLUSIONS

Loyalty stamps are not valid on:

Promotional or discounted services
-
Packages
-
Gift voucher purchases or redemptions

4. REDEEMING REWARDS

Only one reward per visit

Reward cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
5. CASH DISCOUNT POLICY

$5 cash discount

OR loyalty reward

Cannot be used together

6. CARD SHARING & USAGE

Loyalty cards may be shared between the same household (eg. couples)

Only one stamp per customer per visit

Multiple stamps from group payments cannot be added to a single card
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Please present your loyalty card at the time of payment. Stamps cannot be added later

No backdating of stamps

Lost cards cannot be replaced

Loyalty card cannot be exchanged for cash

No cash change will be given

DIGITAL LOYALTY CARD
OUR NEW DIGITAL LOYALTY CARD IS HERE
We’re making your loyalty experience simpler, easier and paperless.
We’re gradually moving from our traditional paper loyalty cards to a Digital Loyalty Card, so you won’t have to worry about forgetting, losing or carrying your card anymore.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Join our Digital Loyalty Card
Scan our QR code with your phone camera and follow the link to get started.
2. Download the Punchpass app
The app is required to access and use your Digital Loyalty Card. Once set up, your card will be right there on your phone whenever you need it.
3. Get your stamp
After your visit, simply request your loyalty stamp through the app. Our team will approve it and your card will update automatically.
4. Keep track of your progress
You can check your stamps and see how close you are to your reward anytime.
5. Enjoy your reward
Collect 10 stamps and receive $25 OFF any service.
ALREADY HAVE A PAPER LOYALTY CARD?
No worries! Bring your paper card with you on your next visit and we’ll help transfer your existing stamps to your new Digital Loyalty Card.
The Digital Loyalty Card is completely optional. We understand that not everyone wants to download an app, so if you prefer not to switch to digital, that’s absolutely okay during the transition.
However, we’ll be phasing out our paper loyalty cards soon, so we recommend making the switch when you’re ready.
